  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Also please note that during the holidays, orders may take up to 10 days to ship.

  • If I order additional items with my pre-order, will they be shipped right away?

    Typically we hold additional items ordered along with pre-orders, until the pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped. If the additional items need to be shipped immediately, reach out to [email protected] for details.

  • I ordered a poster and another item, but only received the poster. Where is my other item?

    We always ship posters separately in a poster tube to prevent damage. If another item was ordered along with a poster, you will be receiving two separate packages. Please refer to the email confirmation sent by Storenvy for tracking information.
